What the standard requires

Conformity of products and services with agreed specifications, documented control of suppliers and carriers, a defined procedure for complaints and transport claims, monitoring of customer satisfaction, and continual improvement of the management system.

What the standard requires

Identification and control of significant environmental aspects, demonstrated compliance with legal obligations for emissions and waste, prevention of spills and leaks, and management of energy consumption and CO₂ emissions against defined objectives.

What the standard requires

Hazard identification and risk assessment for all work systems, consultation and participation of employees, stop-work authority, and tested emergency preparedness and response arrangements.

What the assessment covers

Independent assessment of environmental performance, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. Results are scored against a peer group of companies of comparable sector, size and region. Participation in the EcoVadis assessment is a binding obligation under our Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies.
